Labor Consultation
Labor consultation offers advice that helps solve work-related matters, such as concerns, problems, and troubles.The Osaka Prefectural Government provides consultations on various matters to employees and employers! Advisers give answers to questions such as “Am I allowed to take paid holidays?” and offer advice to those who are currently “not being paid,” “being sexually harassed,” or facing any other problems.
Employment Support for Ukrainian Refugees
The Osaka Prefecture Labor Consultation Center is offering employment consultation for Ukrainian refugees who wish to work in Japan, and creating brochures on work rules in easy Japanese, English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
Telework
Support Help Desk
The Osaka Prefectural Telework Support Help Desk serves as a one-stop help center for companies and employees, and provides a comprehensive support for concerns regarding telework, from introduction to the establishment of telework environment.
Seminars, consultations, and events regarding the basic knowledge of telework and case examples of efforts made by companies are held every month by inviting private companies and specialists such as labor and social security attorneys.
Work Environment Improvement Project
The Work Environment Improvement Project sends advisers to your company* to provide advice on improving work environment and information on specialized institutions for free. The project helps “reform the work style” of your company together by proposing work environment improvement plans that will energize your company and allow your employees to enjoy work vigorously every day.
*Aside from having an adviser visit you at your company, you can also choose to speak on the phone or have a teleconference using the Internet.

The Labor Consultation Center offers consultation for employees and employers over the phone, face-to-face, online, and by email.
Advisers also offer labor consultation at three Prefectural Centers located within Osaka.
